Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Thanksgiving is a day of thanks as everyone knows.  It is also a time of remembering.  I got a call yesterday advising that a former co-worker of mine had passed away.  I didn't know him very well but he was a really nice young person with a small son he was supporting.  He will be missed by all who knew him.  Rest In Peace Demond Tunstall..............

I would like also to take the time to remember a friend from 32 years ago who passed at around this time of year.  You were only 16 years old and I often wonder what you would be like today.  You have not been forgotten and never will be and I look forward to the day when I will see you again.  Kimberly Woodson Wilmouth 1962-1978.
I give thanks to the Lord this day because of the people I have known who have made such an impact on my life.

UPDATE!!!!! We Have Decided To Have Sheba Treated!

After a day and night thinking about having to put Sheba (my dog) to sleep, we have come to a decision to treat her with medication instead of being PTS.  I can't even type the words.  I came home from class that day and she was outside and so happy.  I just could do it.  The medication is going to be about 300.00 for all the prescriptions.  It is a lot of money!  We have already spent about 2000.00 trying to get her UTI cured.  We will make it though and she will let me know if and when she is ready to go.

Sad Time Today :(

I just found out today that my dog has a mass in her bladder.  She has been suffering with a bladder infection for a couple of months.  I suspected a tumor and the ultrasound today confirmed it.  She will need months of treatment and even then a cure isn't promised.  I have made the decision to have her put to sleep on Monday..........
Also a very nice man at the home where I'm doing clinicals is not doing well.  I hope he will be there when I go back on Tuesday.

Whew!!! This Has Been A Busy Time!!!

Yep, I took the plunge and went back to school.  It is only a six week course but hey, it has been 30 + years since I visited a classroom.  It has been great, I think I will take more classes!!
I have sold some purses on Bonanza, 4 last week alone!  Listing more purses in the coming weeks.  Just posted a few days ago, a beautiful pink Coach Hamptons Carryall.  That thing is huge!

What A Week!!!

I have been busy for the past week.  There has been a lot going on.  I 've been busy with my Bonanzle booth trying to get as much posted as possible.  I have made 1 sale, my Gucci was sold.  I hadn't ever used it since I bought it so I needed to pass it on.  I have made Isome purchases on Bonanzle and all have worked out fine. I'm starting to list some clothes I need to get rid of.  I have some Carole Little, Chico's and other stuff. 

Saturday Shopping Finds!

I found a vintage Christian Dior long black coat!  No handbags though, bummer.  We had a great day.  My sister in law went with me and we had a good time.  She likes to shop like me and loves a great bargain. 

Going Shopping Today!

Going out today to see if I can find some more goodies.  My sister in law is going with me so it should be fun. 
I probably will not get any listings done until Monday.  I have decided to part with some of my Louis Vuittons.  I just don't use some of the smaller ones so why not pass them on instead of hoarding them.  It will make me sad to pack them up and send them off but I do make sure they are going to good homes only.

Whew, taking a lot of pictures of handbags I want to sell.  What a job!  It is fun though, looking at your stuff online.  Already sold one item, a LV Cles.  Seem to be a lot of nice people on Bonanzle, not the whiny kind like Ebay or Evilbay as some people like to say!  Back to listing, check out my stuff!

Great Ride On Sunday!

I took a long ride on my Harley yesterday.  The traffic was minimal but there were a lot of bikes out there.  I stopped in Chula and met a nice couple with their dog who were just out driving around.  Also met a man who used to ride but couldn't because he had hurt his back.  He still carries a photo of his bike around in his wallet.  It is sad because he has emphysema as well and he didn't appear to be that old.  He was hiding where we were sitting so he could smoke without his wife seeing him.  Departed from Chula and made my way through Farmville to Cumberland CH to Goochland and then River Road back home.  I was gone about 3 hours.  Husband didn't know where I was, LOL.  Very nice ride indeed.  Hope to do ride somewhere on Monday!

Good News!

Our A/C unit broke down this past week.  The Howell Heating and Air conditioning company came out and replaced the entire unit in 1 day!  We are so grateful to them.  They even came out the day before and installed a window unit in my father in laws window.  That was great.  So if you need AC work, Call Howell!!!!!

Finally!!!!!!!!!!!

Ebay is sending my refund.  After an hour on the phone on hold, I finally got some results.  Whew.....Never again.  It was my mistake really, I got caught up in last minute bidding literally 2 minutes and didn't have time to check everything with the bag.  Oh well, you can't win them all.

Ebay Buyer Protection Program Sucks!

I was due a refund from a seller from a SNAD case.  The item was returned and the seller issued an Echeck through Paypal which of course was rejected by their bank.  This has been going on since 8/5.  
Of course finding a number to contact Ebay is a pain.....you have to email one of their stupid reps.  You then are told to contact Paypal.  Guess what, Paypal tells you to call Ebay,  I just want my money back, the stupid seller got her fake bag back..........I'm not going to stop bugging them until I get repaid.  I  already left appropriate feedback for the seller.

Busy Week!

Birthday party for my father in law went well!  He is 84 years young!  Brother and sister in law came and spent the weekend with us.  Had a great time.  Went shopping at the GW found some interesting things to list on Ebay. 
Found a purse my step niece wanted, I have given all the other nieces Coach bags.  I found a large tote bag for this particular niece, she wanted one she could carry her Pomeranian in.  Legally Blond, anyone!!!!

My New Bag!!

I scored a tremendous buy on Ebay for a Fendi Leather Bucket Bag on Wednesday.  I can't wait for it to arrive!!!  WooHoo for me!  This will be my first Fendi.

Got the bag on Friday!!! It is beautiful and verified authentic by the Fendi gals over on the Purse Forum and PinchRosemary!!

I am a collector of Louis Vuitton.  I do have other designers too.  I have multitudes of Coach, 1 each of Prada, Gucci, Hermes-Herbag.  I would love to have a Hermes Kelly or Birkin but maybe in the future.  Who knows?!!

I do have other interests:  I ride Harley's, currently have two, I love my dogs, also have two-a German Shepard mix and a Rottweiler.
